The policy, in plain English

The principle:we collect the minimum a feature needs to work for you, we tell you plainly what that is, we never sell or share it, and deleting it means deleting it. As Flotilla adds features, this page updates — the principle doesn't.

What runs in your browser:parcel pricing and Flotilla AI audits. When you price a box or drop a CSV, the math happens on your device. Your shipment data is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored by us — close the tab and it's gone. One convenience: your last audit total is remembered in your own browser's local storage so your next checkup can show a trend — it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

What we store without an account: if you sign up for rate-change alerts, we keep the email address you give us and, if you ran the audit first, the single savings total from that session — so your report means something. Leave the list any time by emailing crew@shipflotilla.com— we delete the row, not "deactivate" it.

The fleet ledger (a visible toggle, yours to flip):when you run an audit or make a label signed in, Flotilla can record the shipment's shape— service, weight, box size, zone, month, price — to the fleet ledger we use to negotiate carrier rates for everyone. Never addresses, names, or what's inside; sample data never counts; the schema can't hold identities. Toggle it off and only your own summaries are stored. Delete your account and your rows go with it.

What an account adds (only if you create one):your sign-in email, the demo labels you generate (addresses you typed, service, price, tracking number), the summary of each saved checkup (totals and shipment count — never the CSV, never individual shipments), and any store-connection request you make. All of it is visible to you on your dashboard, locked to your account by row-level security, and deletable — email us and it's gone.

Where it lives: signups are stored with Supabase, our database provider, locked so only our server can read or write them.
