About
Nobody here ships alone
Carriers price small brands like they ship alone — a rounding error, one label at a time. The big shippers negotiated their way out of that years ago. Flotilla is the way out for the rest of us: fleet rates from order one, an AI that explains every price, and eventually, member brands pooling volume the way big shippers always have.
Who we are
A small crew, on purpose
Founder
Flotilla is a one-founder operation (for now) — started at a packing table, pressing tare on a shipping scale for the hundredth time, wondering why the rate chart was written for someone else. Building the tool that should have existed then.
Built in the open
Pre-launch and saying so. The rates on the site are a labeled demo card, the roadmap is public below, and the founding crew hears about changes first — including the honest ones about what isn't built yet.
Talk to us
Questions, rate-chart horror stories, or a brand that wants aboard early: crew@shipflotilla.com. Real replies, no autoresponder.
What we hold ourselves to
Three commitments
Receipts, not claims
Every number we publish is reproducible by our own rate engine, and demo numbers are always labeled. No invented stats, no fake testimonials. If we can't show the math, we don't say it.
A reason, every time
No recommendation without a plain-English explanation. If Flotilla can't tell you why a label is right, it doesn't deserve your trust — and trust is the product.
Your data stays yours
Parcel pricing and Flotilla AI audits run entirely in your browser. The only thing we store is the email you give us to join the crew. That's the whole privacy policy — really.
The long game
The name is the roadmap
Today: price any parcel free, and turn Flotilla AI loose on your past labels. Next: buy labels through Flotilla with order sync from your store. Then the part the name promises — member brands pooling volume, negotiated together toward the rates big shippers get. A flotilla is many small vessels moving as one. That's the plan, in one word.
Join the founding crew
This isn't a waitlist. Founding crew members get rate-change alerts — USPS moved prices four times in 2026 already; the crew hears what changed the same day, in plain English — plus the full audit report by email, founder pricing locked for as long as they stay aboard, and their brand's sail on the manifest when pooled fleet rates open. We watch the charts so you don't.
